My family is on some sort of crazy thai food kick.. I think it was amplified by Stuart’s visit the other day . Tonight Diane made Pho.. the traditional Thai soup.. all day long our house smelled deliciously of star anise and cardamomn .. I have to confess, that I generally don’t really like soup.. but this was delicious.. I guess that makes me a faux pho foe .. doesn’t it ?
