Hissssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss..\u00a0 that’s the sound in my head right now. I have had 4 hours of sleep, a high fever,\u00a0 1 claritin and 1.5 glasses of wine and about\u00a0 13 hours of really, really intense technical phone calls. It’s a pleasant feeling, but I’m no longer really coherent .\u00a0\u00a0 In fact.. i don’t think i was any better at the beginning of the day<\/p>\n

i did one really useful thing today and that was … i voted. today was town meeting day, which I completely missed.. but Diane did scourge me to get dressed, stand up., get in the car, and perform my civic duty of voting. It’s a right which i cherish.. and I really love the way democracy is practiced in our little town. I love the fact that I need to ‘state my name’ to\u00a0 my neighbor and friend that’s managing the voting.<\/p>\n

one cool thing that did happen after I voted my liberal\/commie line was that Diane’s ballot was 776.. that made mine 777 .. an auspicious number because.. ummmm.. because.. it just looks cool. here’s the grand count before my vote. a pedestrian ‘776’ <\/p>\n

then my vote made it the hyper auspicious ‘777’ <\/p>\n

\nthat makes my day complete.. All it will take is another night of fever delirium and insomnia to contemplate the significance<\/p>\n
