The big fun for today is that I got my 2nd revision of my Alia circuit board workign. Its part of the work I’m doing for\u00a0 our Project OnBoard\u00a0 <\/a><\/p>\n

where we’re tryign to introduce 1000 hgh school kids aroudn the word to the fun of creatong Printed circuit boards. I did this as a demo of whats possible. THis board is in the shape of our Alia airplane.. it has 12 rgb leds per propeller and 8 for the tail . It doss all sorts of color patterns.. and has an inertial measurment uint that allow is to detect its pitch and roll. I have the lights reacting to that angle of the plane to demonstrate the force vectorign our plane does to keep its position in the air as it pitches and rolls. Its also a wireless device.. I hope to eventually make it into a controller for a flight simulator. .. hwo cool would that be ?!?!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
