I realized that I take these roles on in the hopes of helping out. on casues I support.. . but quickly find I&#8217;m ill suited to <strong>board<\/strong> work. I find I don&#8217;t particularly like organizing things.. though I absolutely believe in the need of boards who are organized. I also really don&#8217;t like the financial parts\u00a0 that boards have to do..eg budgets and fund raising \/ developement .\u00a0 \u00a0That often leaves me at best <strong>bored .. <\/strong>at worst\u00a0 it makes me at odds with other board members who are really tryign to do the neccessary work to make these orginaztions effective.\u00a0 \u00a0In contrast, one of those\u00a0<strong>Boards<\/strong> is actually about building printed circuit <strong>boards.<\/strong> . which is something I LOVE doing !!!!..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" data-id=\"100991\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/ezgif.com-video-to-gif-converted.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-100991\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I think I need toe xtricate myselfe from the organizational parts and stick to making things..<br \/>What do you think\u00a0 ?<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nite all, nite sam<\/p>\n<p>-me<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today\u00a0 we were going to have a Board meeting of one of the three orgs I serve as a board member..
