Yesterday I got a package from Max. In it were 210 Alia ornaments . He cut them out of 18 gauge colled rolled steel using the 5KW laser he has access to at work. The employees there are able to use the tools as long as they are not using them for commercial purposes.\u00a0<\/p>\n

We’re selling these at the BETA Makerfaire\u00a0 to raise money for Toys for Tots. . !\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Max did the hard part by cutting these out. Diane and I broke out the open spaces. Then I spray coated them with acrylic. FIanlly we cot and tied them with ribbons. .. All for a good cause !<\/p>\n
