Today was a big day.. I had to forgo morning coffee because today was my latest cardio workup. I do this every 5 years due to soem shakey family history. I had an Echocariagram and a cardiac PET scan .. both came out excellent which is just what I want to hear.\u00a0 \u00a0I am thinking that soem of the\u00a0 credit here\u00a0 goes to Diane for maintianing us so well. Lots of exercise, great food and a wonderful supportive relationship \ud83d\ude42\u00a0

later after work I had a great meetign with a group of UVM STEM abassadors.. We gave them a tour.. and then heard about their STEM teaching senester\u00a0 projects. Many of them around syuistainability.. btu soem about aviation.. even one about cryptography .\u00a0\u00a0
