We went to a very interesting meeting at the library today to hear our friends Lou and Fritz talk about the Gillette pond project. It’s been years in the making but now we have a new dam and the pond is back up to historic levels. It was so interesting hearing about the history of the place and the history of the fundraising and construction project that God is back to this. It was really inspiring. We love that pond and are so glad it’s getting preserved

Later on in the evening, we went over to our neighbors, Bob and Amanda’s for drinks and snacks. Our other neighbors and friends Veronique, Matt and Francesca also came.\u2026 Francesca is now taller than Diane.

It was fun seeing some of Bob and Amanda’s pictures\u2026 bob’s mom was a friend of ours\u2026 Never got to meet his dad.

Bob also is one of the states highest blood, and fur donors\u2026 He’s got all sorts of stuff to show for that.
