\t\t\t\t\t\t I just received word that my friend Ed Kahan just died after a short hard fight with pancreatic cancer. Ed was an IBM Fellow who worked in Florida.. and more recently Israel .Ed lead the community of the 65 or so Fellow in the company ..\u00a0 He was a great connector of people and ideas. The room lit up whenever he came in. I have many\u00a0 important work\/friend relationships that were made through Ed’s introductions. Ed and I were talking just a couple of months agowe spoke about Sam and about love and loss and the importance of living deliberately and and the importance of leading with your heart..\u00a0 That’s what he always did… We’re all going to miss him very much.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/p>\n

One of Ed’s friends put together this mosaic of Ed using pictures of his many friends in the company. I’m in there a couple of times.. (28 down, 8 across). I liek looking through all the pictures at our many mutual friends.. I like the thought that we’re all part of one another .. Ed was part of me..\u00a0\u00a0 <\/p>\n
