I know I havent talked much abotu this.. but soem freinds of mine (mike, suz, greg, kaia, nick , and esteben) have been working on a project to convert human brain waves into music. More specifically we are trying to detect the “flow state” and use that to modulate a musicians instrument.\u2026 It’s been going on for a long time\u2026. Early points of us all being out working with Mike and Bob Weir (see http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/2023\/04\/16\/sunday-night-the-project\/<\/a>)<\/p>\n

Anyway, the goal is always been to be able to make this thing into a standalone affects pedal size device. We took a big step for the last few weeks. I was actually able to miniaturize all of the electronics and code into a small stomp switch box. This is just an interme test set up or will actually put it into a nice custom box. But the cool thing is.

\u00a0We’re all getting together in May to test it and tune it in. But this is really turned out to be a fun project .. maybe even a product !.. we’ll see !
