\nGuy Fawkes and his companions
\nDid the scheme contrive,
\nTo blow the King and Parliament
\nAll up alive.
\nThreescore barrels, laid below,
\nTo prove old England’s overthrow.
\nBut, by God’s providence, him they catch,
