I&#8217;m down here on a very short (less than 24 hour) trip to Austin. I didn&#8217;t have time to connect with many friends. I did get a chance to meet up with Carl and Brynn \/ Always really good seeing them.. and I had work to discuss with Carl..<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/IMG_3116.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/IMG_3119.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>One treat tonight was getting to see their new &#8216;train mansion&#8217; .. a 2000 sq foot out building that carl built mostly to set up his 10 billion model trains.. ok.. maybe not 10 billion.. maybe only 7 billion.. but this man has lots and lots of trains.. .. I saw this on a box among the many stacked up int there.. it looked like a good motto for the whole house !<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/IMG_3139.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/IMG_3125.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/IMG_3126.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/IMG_3124.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/IMG_3129.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/IMG_3127.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>in addition to trains, carl collects old toys of the type i love.. like this 1930&#8217;s erector set zeppelin\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/IMG_3136.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>or this 1960&#8217;s chemistry set. complete with acid etched hole in the back<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/IMG_3142.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>or.. get this.. a &#8216;lab technician set .. for girls ?!?!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/IMG_3144.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>microscope sets<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/IMG_3143.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/IMG_3149.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/IMG_3150.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>and loads of other cool collectables<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/IMG_3152.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/IMG_3153.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>i love seeing these guys.. what nice and interesting folks&#8230; thanks for the hospitality !<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/IMG_3157.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>nite all, nite sam<\/p>\n<p>-me<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Greetings from austin.
