Today was Yom Kippur.. I had hoped to take it all off.. but couldn’t make that happen entirely because of work I did manage to escape with only 5 hours of meetings.. which was OK<\/p>\n

I fasted for 24 hours.. which actually felt good. its on of the few things I do ‘religiously’ these days.. i do think it helps sharpen your intraspection<\/p>\n

We spent the middle part of the day in an interesting way .. which made the day special. Find Ben took a few of us out on his boat .. i was wondering what it would be like fasting out on on a boat.. but it was great. a few good friends.. a beautiful quiet day.. it was very fun.. and moving..<\/p>\n

There was good cell coverage on the boat.. so i was actually abe to sneak below deck an attend to the work that i needed to get done today..<\/p>\n

we landed around sunset.. which was a perfect way to break fast..<\/p>\n

we didn’t have wine.. so we said the blessing over our rum<\/p>\n

\"\"\"\"\"\"<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

and finished up with ice cream..\u00a0!!!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

On the way home we stopped at a Bernie rally in Burlington.. we even signed the potential to get him on the ballot !<\/p>\n

it was a good day.. i actually relaxed a bit.. \u00a0 It was a good end to a good year,<\/p>\n
