I&#8217;ve been starting every conversation in these last couple of weeks with &#8220;I&#8217;m sorry I can&#8217;t do XX because I&#8217;me working YY\u00a0hours per week \u00a0.. (where XX=- something fun and YY =\u00a070-80) .. I hear myself saying it like its an excuse.. or a great achievement.. it&#8217;s not.. it&#8217;s just expected..
