(and skunked !)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Woke up to a beautiful morning in Nashville. Headed home on an early flight.. worked all day on the plane which was peaceful<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/IMG_2917.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>first stop when I got to Vermont was to go check out <a href=\"http:\/\/www.techjamvt.com\" target=\"_blank\">TechJam<\/a>. First person i ran into was my friend Matt Dunne .. who&#8217;s running for Governor.. I was proud to get a sticker and a selfie !<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/IMG_2925.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/>&#8216;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I had fun walking around tech jam with my freind Cathy who organizes the whole thing.. we had everything from four eyed warriers to IoT Fish health detectors !<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/IMG_2927.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/IMG_2926.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>One of my fav&#8217;s was my freind Ben&#8217;s undersea submersibles. His Copany GreenSea is based here in richmond. They are retrofitting the navigation on this baby.. it&#8217;s designed to go (i think) 21,000 feet underwater !<img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/IMG_2929.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/IMG_2930.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/IMG_2932.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>here&#8217;s my colorful freind Matt behind one of bill parkers beautiful orbs<img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/IMG_2936.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/IMG_2938.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>heres my buddy joe with his 5**16 gear reduction motor !<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/IMG_2939.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tech jam is running tomorrow.. so go check it out. Well worth the trip !<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Then home at last. I picked up babe on the way.. Max paid us a surprise visit.. and my Bro and sister in law joe and pat are here.. and deb rah too.. it was a spontaneous party !<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/IMG_2941.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>we were sitting there eating when someone said &#8216;i smell a skunk&#8217;.. uh-oh.. where&#8217;s chai.. outside ?!?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>you guessed it.. she got sprayed full in the face poor girl.. first we stuck he in the garage as we got out deskunking brigade..<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/IMG_2945.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>then up in the tub.. Max looked up a deskunking recipe.. hydrogen peroxide, baking soda and soap.. coming right up<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/IMG_2949.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>it called for normal 3% hydrogen peroxide.. but I only have 28% (dangerous).. I diluted it down to 3% .. but managd to splash myself in the process&#8230; Ouch !!!! burned myself pretty nasty<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/IMG_2960.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>we all chipped in while Diane scrubbed and chai shivvered<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/IMG_2953.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>soon Chai was smelling like a rose again.. or at least like a dog !<img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/IMG_2952.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>quite a nite<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>ok.. sleeping in my own bed.. wonderful<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>nite all, nite sam<\/p>\n<p>-me<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Woke up to a beautiful morning in Nashville.
