About to start two weeks of vacation\u2026 Maybe I should call it a retreat. I&#39;ve been running pretty hard these last couple of months and I need some down time to think. This coming week is a tough one for us. Next Friday we will mark the ninth anniversary of Sam&#39;s passing. This time year always weighs heavy on my heart. I countdown the days remembering things leading up to that day.<\/p>\n<p>It&#39;s one of those things that is hard to approach  but we always get through. This year I&#39;m feeling pretty solid.i&#39;m putting myself on &#8220;gentle cycle&#8221; for a bit in the intent to keep it that way.<\/p>\n<p>I had a really pleasant day and evening\u2026 But my heart is heavy hearing the news tonight from Paris.<\/p>\n<p>I&#39;m sending wishes for peace up the world<\/p>\n<p>Nitel all, nite sam<\/p>\n<p>-me<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Friday night\u2026 Winding down.
