Diane was going to drive down there\u00a0 but her brother Joe called to say that the roads in were all closed\u00a0 some were underwater..\u00a0 . Interstate\u00a0 88 was closed by a mudslide.\u00a0 there&#8217;s 4 feet of water in the kmart down the street. 1000 people have been evacuated and are now staying\u00a0 in Diane&#8217;s high school.\u00a0 My in laws are ok.. they have no power.. or phone.. but their house is safe.. soggy but safe.. their neighborhood is a wreck.\u00a0 Here are some pictures I found online.. ..<\/p>\n<p>This is near diane&#8217;s neighborhood<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i147.photobucket.com\/albums\/r319\/johncohn\/sep0811\/bilde.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>this is just past the old IBM site<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i147.photobucket.com\/albums\/r319\/johncohn\/sep0811\/bilde6.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>this is less than a quarter of a mile from her folks house<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i147.photobucket.com\/albums\/r319\/johncohn\/sep0811\/bilde4.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>or how&#8217;s this .. Fire plus flooding ?<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i147.photobucket.com\/albums\/r319\/johncohn\/sep0811\/bilde2.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I really can&#8217;t figure out whats going on .. earthquakes, floods, fires..\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ? I don&#8217;t even want to continue the list.. it&#8217;s hard not to take all these points and try to draw some cosmic line.. .. what&#8217;s it mean ?
