The points in the body that several eastern cultures believe control the flow of energy in our bodies..\u00a0\u00a0 While i didn&#8217;t grow up with the concept.. I&#8217;ve gotten more attached to it as I&#8217;ve grown older.. For example. Many of the experiences I had after Sam&#8217;s passing would concentrate in these spots\u00a0 heart and head of course.. but the need to speak in my throat\u00a0 chakra , the sense of los felt in your root chakra.. all made sense in a physical sort of way that words can&#8217;t really address. Most of the time I find I&#8217;m\u00a0 workign to balance the two strongest forces in my nature.. head and heart.. but lately.. I&#8217;m starting to feel that I need to work on\u00a0 my power shakra.. in\u00a0 Sanskrit it&#8217;s called manipura chakra.. the one at your solar plexus ..I&#8217;m out of balance now.. I want\u00a0 to get back.. no.. I&#8217;m <em>going <\/em>to\u00a0 get back &#8230;\u00a0 to that place of powerful purpose that\u00a0 I am in when I&#8217;m doing what\u00a0 is right..<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"chakras\" src=\"http:\/\/mydeepmeditation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/Chakra-Opening-Meditation1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"manipura\" src=\"http:\/\/upload.wikimedia.org\/wikipedia\/commons\/a\/aa\/Manipura.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"262\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Manipura..
