Another day at TED Sumit in Banff.. I managed to get in a full day of regular work meetings and attend a couple of great talks.. here. One great comment from the Author Daniel Pink about how to argue… “talk light you’re right, listen like you’re wrong”. A big theme today was about listening.. and tryign to unsderstand the other side of a story. Lots of discussion around that \u00a0on Brexit.. clearly if more th.. an half of the folks in the UK beleive it. they cant all be crazy<\/p>\n

woke today at 5 with a view of my home made airconditioner. The room is airless, so we found a way to lash a fan to the o e window.. I used my lab coat to keep out soem of the light.. kinda pretty !<\/p>\n
