A bunch of our friends came over for dinner. As is the norm these days the conversation turn towards politics\u2026 We all are feeling quite a bit of distress about the direction the nations politics are heading\u2026 It was interesting to hear how deeply it was affecting us all. One of the conversations was how we as individuals need to focus our energy in order not to be overwhelmed by the events in the news.
