Getting ready for a cold weekend .. they’re projecting a high temperature of 8 degrees F. (-13 F) \u00a0tomorrow. We’re bundling up..like that is really cold.. it’s not for here.. but this has been such a warm winter.. it just sounds cold.<\/p>\n

Diane has been makign good warming food.. here’s some Mexican\u00a0\u00a0Chile and some South Indian Chole.. .. ok.. so its not really Chole. its Chana Gobi Masala.. but she\u00a0\u00a0used our Chole Masala to make it. I love them both !.\"\"<\/p>\n

while waiting for dinner, gabe bravely swapped out the battery on his old IPhone 5c.. it’s quite \u00a0a job because they glue in the battery. In the process of extracting the battery from the glue , he managed to severely crush one of the tiny connectors.. .its the on ie in the center of the picture here.. (but this is a pic from the web)<\/p>\n

We got out my jewelers loop and he was miraculously able to un crush\u00a0\u00a0the connector, .. replace the battery and reattach the screen. THe phone still works !!!<\/p>\n
