I\u00a0\u00a0woke up cryign this morning.. missing Sam.. THat hadn&#8217;t happened in a long time. i lay in bed listening to music that reminded me of Sam and thought about him.. I brought back memories ofd how he looked sounded.. the way he talked It was hard and comforting at the same time..<\/p>\n<p>My first step upon waking was to take a walk outside and take a picture of the new &#8217;25&#8217; thats been painted on the road in front of our house.. I know its the speed limit.. but it was fun to have that there\u00a0\u00a0on this, his 25th birthaday\/<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/sambutton4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"832\" height=\"843\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_6599.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" Barb gave us this picture of our family.. ..<\/p>\n<p>more tears,<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_6605.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>we cam home and got to work prepping for the party. ..\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_6607.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_6609.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_1022.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>aournd 3 we all met for a hot and buggy walk up bolton. we do it every\u00a0\u00a0birthday and every\u00a0\u00a0deathday. of Sams . that makes it 19 times. \u00a0THis tiem my mom join ded us.. quite a feet for an 83 year old.. i was proud of her for making it up and down the mountain.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_6612.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>\\<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>as we hiked we rant into these other guys who were driving RC cars up and down the mountain\u00a0\u00a0to raise money and awareness for the march of dimes.. . THis guy had been awake for 36 hours and was shooting for 52 hours. of solid driving.. \u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_6617.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>the hike up was slow and buggy.. the dogs got in the water perhaps to get a break from the bugs.\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_6621.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>despite the heat.. there was still a bit of snow..<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_6624.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>here<\/p>\n<p>s the cerimpnial pciture we always take at the lodge.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_6629.jpg\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_1030.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>then gabe and i made a quick climb up the rickety fire tower.\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_6632.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>\\\\\\<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\\\\\\<img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_1041.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_1046.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>as is our custom, we launched a three ball \u00a0mortar shot from the top of the
