I&#8217;m down here for a short visit to deliver a Nike, seltzer, flour and pesto to max and his boat mates. It&#8217;s always so great being bleakly to stay here for a night . I live it and it makes me appreciate the comforts of home.<br \/>\n    Both max and Jac ate working hard down here&#8230; So we grabbed a bit of take out and hi g out and talked for a whole. Max then took me to see the shop he&#8217;s using for his latest build. I&#8217;m really proud of the stuff he&#8217;s doing down here<br \/>\n   I took lots of pics..
