Well, back to school went smoothly.\u00a0 We made it there is plenty of time.\u00a0 Not bad.<\/p>\n
Hey I was reminded that yesterday was square root day (3\/3\/09).\u00a0 How could I have forgotten that?<\/p>\n
Morning was spent cleaning the toy closet looking for my kids yoga stuff.\u00a0 I found our VCR.\u00a0 I knew we had it be some where.\u00a0 I also found numerous misplaced items.\u00a0 Good deal.\u00a0 I didn’t toss anything yet.\u00a0 Springtime for that stuff.<\/p>\n
I walked the dogs.\u00a0 They just won’t let you get away without a walk.\u00a0 I waited until it was 20 degrees.\u00a0 It was -5 this morning!\u00a0 I helped out at Gabe’s school.\u00a0 I love talking with those kids.\u00a0 I cleaned again…this time the yoga space.\u00a0 Mason stopped by and we chatted.\u00a0 That boy is doing well although recovering from a cold.\u00a0 He helped me take down the movie screen down.\u00a0 Nice to have tall people now and then.<\/p>\n
I picked up Gabe from school.\u00a0 We listened to the story about the hiker\/climber who had to cut off his arm after 6 days of it being crushed in a rock.\u00a0 As we cringed listening to him talk about trying to figure out how to cut the bone with his tiny blade he had an epiphany.\u00a0 He could just break his arm with a rock..heck he could just snap it.\u00a0 So while we were all listening in horror he reminded us that he had spent 5 days in death.\u00a0 He had taped his good byes, he had wrote RIP and his name in the rock, he had written to people, he had made his goodbyes over and over again.\u00a0 It was a joyful moment to just break his arm and walk away.\u00a0 It made sense.\u00a0 So many times our minds create what we think we would expect.\u00a0 It is truly never how you imagine.\u00a0 He died and was birthed at that rock.\u00a0 An amazing tale.<\/p>\n
Gabe went to Night Riders tonight.\u00a0 Another cold one.\u00a0 My picture taking is poor and my hands were cold.\u00a0 He won a pair of Electric goggles in a raffle.\u00a0 He is looking to sell them now.\u00a0 We ate bean & cheese burritos and watched Gross Point Blank.\u00a0 Well, almost watched it.\u00a0 We fell asleep.\u00a0 Satori snuggled up next to Gabe.\u00a0 All the dishes are very clean leaving the TV\/Sam’s room.\u00a0 I think Chai and Satori do the prerinse.<\/p>\n
