More family is arriving. Diane’s brother Steve and his wife Denise showed up last night. This evening  My nephew Vince and his wife Trish arrive. Max will be here in a few hours and gabe shows up tomorrow. <\/p>\n

We spent a good part of today ‘making arraignments’ .. such an interesting phrase. We went to Allen funeral home and Diane and her brothers picked a casket, announcement cards, prayers, timings, clothes., pictures, the obit. . all the stuff one must do when preparing a loved one for burial . Dan at Allens made the process go smoothly.. which we all really appreciate. <\/p>\n

We then went back to the house and worked on the obit. Marcia’s sister Fran wrote the first pass.. and we all helped add on. We found a good picture of Marcia and I cropped and prepped it for black and white. I was happy to be able to help in some way..<\/p>\n

Tonight we all came together for a good Chinese dinner.. then sat around and talked.. Lots of good stories.. I had to remind myself that Marcia wouldn’t be eating with us.. <\/p>\n

More prep is scheduled for tomorrow. this process takes time..<\/p>\n
