crazy day….<\/p>\n

reminded me that Diane and I had traded Mary Oliver Poems last night. the one she sent I really liked:<\/p>\n

I worried a lot. Will the garden grow, will the rivers<\/em>
\nflow in the right direction, will the earth turn<\/em>
\nas it was taught, and if not how shall<\/em>
\nI correct it?<\/em><\/p>\n

Was I right, was I wrong, will I be forgiven,<\/em>
\ncan I do better?<\/em><\/p>\n

Will I ever be able to sing, even the sparrows<\/em>
\ncan do it and I am, well,<\/em>
\nhopeless.<\/em><\/p>\n

Is my eyesight fading or am I just imagining it,<\/em>
\nam I going to get rheumatism,<\/em>
\nlockjaw, dementia?<\/em><\/p>\n

Finally I saw that worrying had come to nothing.<\/em>
\nAnd gave it up. And took my old body<\/em>
\nand went out into the morning,<\/em>
\nand sang.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
