I rolled over to see it was 11 AM.!!!!!&#8230; I remember my alarm going off at 8.. but must have managed to turn it off in my sleep . The . good thing is , I had only missed one meeting.. and I was optional to it. At first I was shocked.. I hadn&#8217;t done that in&#8230; hmmmmm.. in fact I can&#8217;t remember the last time I did that. .. or anything close. Before you judge me.. I should say I got off my last work call at 2:30 AM on a day that started at 7AM. I&#8217;m not complaining.. it was a tough day.. but it had it&#8217;s high points.. lots of cool tech, some good work freind intereactions.. but I had no idea how sleepy I was. I&#8217;ve trained my self over the last couple of years to ignore jetlag.. which isn&#8217;t a good thing, I guess.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>ok.. trying this sleep thing again&#8230; lets see how it goes<\/p>\n<p>note all. nite sam<\/p>\n<p>-me<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I overslept today&#8230; big time.
