TOday we mostly worked around the house. It was time for the upstairs  storm windows to come off.. so we used the opportunity to completely clean out the closet where we store them. Tons of stuff in threw that hasn’t been touched in years, wood, sheetrock, old window shades, a zillion duffle bags.. and lots and lots of pictures.. The pictures I couldn’t  handle today.. so they went back in untouched…<\/p>\n

The cleaning momentum stuck with me so I went after my office.. I just started tossing stuff.. and before I knew it I had  a whole laundry basket full of notes , presentations, articles. receipts all from my last 3 years of work.. It was amazingly  cathartic..<\/p>\n

I felt like I was beginning  the metamorphosis form my old job to my next.. <\/p>\n

i’ll miss the people, I’d say I’d miss the technology.. but I’m still working with it in my new role.<\/p>\n

I just wont miss the receipts <\/p>\n
