I took a half-day so that we could hang out. Midmorning we Had planned to take a hike or a snowshoe. It was raining\u2026 But not so hard so we decided to go anyway. We had it up from the sugar shack on Bolton Access Road. There wasn&#39;t much snow at the bottom of the mountain but by the time we got to the top was more than a foot if you went off the trail. We followed the VAST snowmobile trail all the way to the top of the ridge. It&#39;s really beautiful out there\u2026 And we made a promise to ourselves to come back and do it during the summer. It&#39;s 11 mile hike from there back to our house and that would be fun to try.<\/p>\n<div class=separator style=clear: both; text-align: none;><a href=http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/wpid-Photo-Apr-1-2013-1220-PM1.jpg target=_blank style=><img src=http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/wpid-Photo-Apr-1-2013-1220-PM1.jpg id=blogsy-1364875863542.4675 class=alignnone alt= width=500 height=667><\/a><\/div>\n<div class=separator style=clear: both; text-align: none;>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=separator style=clear: both; text-align: none;>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=separator style=clear: both; text-align: none;>We saw some good size moose tracks up at the top.<\/div>\n<div class=separator style=clear: both; text-align: none;><a href=http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/wpid-Photo-Apr-1-2013-1212-PM.jpg target=_blank style=><img src=http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/wpid-Photo-Apr-1-2013-1212-PM.jpg id=blogsy-1364875863526.771 class=alignnone alt= width=500 height=667><\/a><\/div>\n<div class=separator style=clear: both; text-align: none;><a href=http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/wpid-Photo-Apr-1-2013-1211-PM.jpg target=_blank style=><img src=http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/wpid-Photo-Apr-1-2013-1211-PM.jpg id=blogsy-1364875863499.6226 class=alignnone alt= width=500 height=667><\/a><\/div>\n<p> We got home right before it really started raining. Diane went off to teach and I went back to work and had a very productive day. <\/p>\n<p>Around four we took off again because Diane wanted to see a movie on her birthday. Unfortunately we couldn&#39;t find anything we really wanted to watch so we headed and rented a movie and had a great Vietnamese dinner. And we came back and watched Not one, but two movies: first we watched Argow the movie based on true facts about the Iranian hostage crisis, and we just finished watching breaking dawn, the last in the twilight series. That&#39;s more movies that I watch in six months\u2026 But it was really fun.<br \/>\nGame came home from soccer around 930 with flowers for Diane and we then had birthday cake.
