Greetings from the top of a mountain somewhere near Amagi Japan.<\/p>\n

Woke up early so I could Facetime with Gabe who was going to the Senior prom with Raya tofday (aka last night in Vermont) . technology is so cool that I could call them standing in a park near mt mansfield and see how they looked. .. and they looked great.. !!!<\/p>\n

It was a 3 hour bus drive here from Tokyo.. the first part was through urban japan.. after a stop to get a bite.. we started climbing through the winding mountain roads\/ Not easy when you had day old sushi and a candy bar for breakfast.<\/p>\n

The mountains are beutiful.. all in the shadow of mount fuji..<\/p>\n

it’s (evidently) a gfreat place for parasailign as there were a zillion of these things hovering overhead\u00a0 as we drove.. very cool !<\/p>\n

Nothing cures motion sickness like a quick lunch of raw squid.. seriously delicious even on a queasy stomach.. byt the start of our meeting I was as good as new.<\/p>\n

after lunch I took advantage of the 30 minute break to take a peacful walk in the surrounding woods. It’s cool and shady up here in the mountains.. a welcome releife from Tokyo which is already pretty hot (about 75 degrees)<\/p>\n

after our meetings and a really delicious dinner we were told to go\u00a0 put on our bathrobes and jump n hot water with our esteemed clients..\u00a0\u00a0 WTF ? oh well, why not. the bathrobes are comfy and pretty sporty..<\/p>\n

the bath was great and relaxing (as witnessed to by the bllod pressure mahcine just outside)<\/p>\n

now I have some code to write.. and hope to wake for an early moring wunr.. so I’ll end here.<\/p>\n
