Spent an amazingly fun day at the MIT media lab .. It’s like a homecoming .. I worked at the Arch Mac group.. the precursor to thw Media lab in 1978-80   Todays meeting was a showcase of all the cool stuff the ML is doing. and it’s VERY cool stuff. We’ve been asked not to share it on social media.. so I’ll oblige.. but I will say that it’s a very nice pattern for organized chaos <\/p>\n

and met one of my heroiine’s Joy.. who ‘outed’ the issue of bias in AI facial recognition <\/p>\n

then met for a great dinner wiht part of our team.. mark, ben. dimitri and kristjen. <\/p>\n
