Had a great day at Mit at the media lab. Really inspired by many of the talks that I heard. It’s really great to hear so many people thinking so hard about so many important things. Lots of focus on the spread of ideas\u2026 Good ideas and bad ideas. Interesting to see how pervasive the use of AI is in these important studies.<\/p>\n

This afternoon Dianne and I drove home in time to catch my good friend Paul Stok at generator. He talked about the intersection of art and money\u2026 He’s good at making both. Really interesting insights\u2026 One great Takeaway for me was that when you are convinced and idea is good space and time and the earth itself will bend to your will. It’s funny to hear that coming from him because I know him to be a guy who worries a lot\u2026 I think that intersection of worry and certainty a really interesting and positive<\/p>\n

After the standing room only talk\u2026, Paul , Ryann (Paul Ryan?!), Ken, Diane and I went to arts riot. They were doing this crazy showing of the movie “the shining”\u2026 With no sound but a band playing. It was very cool and creepy. It started to get too scary for me so we went and sat in the bar for a bit<\/p>\n
