<\/p>\nHello from Armonk, Ibm’s corporate headquarters. I’m down in the learning Center which is now called the Lewis v Gerstner learning center. The name has changed\u2026 As have some of the people who work here, but it still my favorite hotel in the world. I don’t know exactly why\u2026 It’s a bit like a monastery. A short walk over to corporate headquarters\u2026 A big communal cafeteria\u2026 And small Monk like cells For sleeping. Perhaps I was in some sort of monastic order in a past life and that’s why it appeals to me.<\/p>\n
It’s pretty empty tonight\u2026 And it reminds me of a time back in 2012 just before Christmas when I truly was the only person in one of the buildings. I was so sure of it I started knocking on doors\u2026 Not another soul. I Remember I called gabe and he suggested I make a ghost movie\u2026 Which is just what I did. I threw a sheet over my head (and nothing else)\u2026 And ran through the halls screaming\u2026 I caught most of it on my camera, but only this picture survives. It used to be behind the check-in counter\u2026 I don’t think it’s there anymore<\/p>\n
