It&#8217;s amazing to me to think that that was 50 years ago. I remember watching the landing live on our big old color TV. My parents were using and Instamatic camera and trying to use the flash. I remember saying to them that you probably shouldn&#8217;t use the flash\u2026 And believe it or not the only picture that came out was the one with the flash failed.<\/p>\n<p>It was such a cool moment for us growing up in Houston and knowing so much about the space center.
