Greetings from Wellesley island in the St. Lawrence river . We drove here this morning to be with out friends Linda and david and their friends .. now our friends .. Bruce and Jess<\/p>\n

We’re staying in Davis and Linda’s new very nice camper . It’s huge and beautiful. It has more creature comforts that our house ! We spent a great afternoon exploring this very cool island by foot and by Bruce and jesses boat<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This is the 1000 island region and the name is appropriate. There are zillions of tiny islands ..<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

One side of the rrow channel was the US and the other side was Canada<\/p>\n

The scenery and Hora up here are amazing<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

We went by boldat island – there’s a cool old castle there built in honor of his young wife .. who sadly died before they moved in<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Then back to camp for another nice rain and associated rainbow<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Another nice walk around then dinner ! Everyone pitched In! We had a great meal<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

We walked down for a creamie after dinner .. and saw osprey nests on the way<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Ok.. having trouble staying awake. More tomorrow.. I swear<\/p>\n
