This morning was dedicated to health. It all started with my annual physical. Not all that much fun.. but it came out pretty well. good weight,\u00a0 blood pressure, pulse.. all systems go.. except my knees are getting worn out from more than 30 years of running. <\/p>\n

I took pictures of my blood being taken. but the pictures are kinda gross.. I’ll include this on where the needles not quite in.. this is a Pg13 blog.. <\/div>\n

I was happy for the blood letting because that meant I could eat.. I was starving.. <\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

I had to get an EKG.. bit this time they decided not to shave me ..That was merciful.. but .. the\u00a0 tape hurt. <\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

All was good at the physical.. I ten had a 45 min break until my dental appointment.. I broke a tooth last week.. and they needed to put on a temporary crown.. What an ordeal !<\/div>\n
