{"id":693,"date":"2009-03-17T00:44:00","date_gmt":"2009-03-17T04:44:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/2009\/03\/17\/the-long-trail-community-market\/"},"modified":"2009-03-17T00:44:00","modified_gmt":"2009-03-17T04:44:00","slug":"the-long-trail-community-market","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/2009\/03\/17\/the-long-trail-community-market\/","title":{"rendered":"The Long Trail Community Market"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"pBlogBody_477175818\" class=\"blogContent\">\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t    Hi John&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>How do you like the title of this letter?\u00a0 Yes&#8230;Dan G. will be renting and living in the old Jonesville store and making it into a community market!\u00a0 I am thrilled with his plans.\u00a0 So here is the deal.\u00a0 You know he started the Back Country Pizza business which has been doing well.\u00a0 I heard he was cooking them at the Green Grocer&#8217;s spot.\u00a0 When I heard that Chris was closing I emailed Dan the question &#8220;what was he\u00a0 now going to do?&#8221;\u00a0 He said he didn&#8217;t have a clue yet and he had just given his notice at his other job.\u00a0 Then I get another email with his big plans.\u00a0 He hopes to open May or June 1st.\u00a0 He wants to create a community kitchen where others can come and cook or bake&#8230;.test out recipes..or whatever. \u00a0 As you can imagine there is a ton of stuff to do before he opens.\u00a0 I offered my help and I&#8217;m sure he could use yours when you return. \u00a0 This is exciting.\u00a0 I&#8217;ll keep you posted on the details.\u00a0 Oh, there is a space for rent upstairs that would be good for a massage or artist person.\u00a0 That is the exciting Jonesville news.<\/p>\n<p>I spent the morning cleaning the yoga space and the house.\u00a0 I went for a short run with Chai.\u00a0 Satori needs to give her leg a rest.\u00a0 I left her home with a bone.\u00a0 After that I went to pick up your newly fixed Prius.\u00a0 They did a good job.\u00a0 Gabe asked me a question that I still need to answer.\u00a0 The guy at the shop didn&#8217;t know either.\u00a0 So we have a $500 deductable on our cars in case of an accident.\u00a0 Since you hit an animal it is only a $100 deductable.\u00a0 Gabe asked what if you swirved to avoid hitting an animal and hit a tree.\u00a0 What is your deductable then?\u00a0 I hope the answer is still $100 or else the animals are at a disadvantage.\u00a0 I will have to get that answered sometime.<\/p>\n<p>I brought your summer tires and will get them on, have an oil change and detail the interior to your car.\u00a0 That light tan fabric always looks so ratty.\u00a0 I think a Spring cleaning is necessary for that car.\u00a0 So when you return you will have a clean happy car.<\/p>\n<p>I needed to call Shane today and ask for you driver&#8217;s licence for some paperwork.\u00a0 I have many other numbers yet didn&#8217;t have that one.\u00a0 I decided to call him later and in 5 minutes he called me.\u00a0 This was the third time I ever talked to him and he called at the right time and had your licence number handy.\u00a0 Interesting.<\/p>\n<p>I did a few more small errands this afternoon and got home at 3:00.\u00a0 Gabe &#038; I played a little lacrosse.\u00a0 I got better as we continued on.\u00a0 It helps that I wear my glasses.\u00a0 Chai and Satori loved chasing and stealing the balls.\u00a0 At some point we walked over and looked at the pool and it was almost empty.\u00a0 The bottom hose had popped out due to ice melting.\u00a0 Ooops.\u00a0 There is a big ice cude still in there however I need to fill it soon.\u00a0 Gabe &#038; I hauled the hose into the garage for overnight to help avoid it freezing more.\u00a0 I will lay it in the sun tomorrow to try and melt the ice in the hose.\u00a0 Maybe I can get Janet&#8217;s water into the pool tomorrow.\u00a0 I guess I will also need to treat the water.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of water your poopometer&#8217;s light is totally out.\u00a0 I tried another batery and it still did not work.\u00a0 Maybe something got dislodged accidently due to traffic in and out of the house.\u00a0 Not sure.\u00a0 I&#8217;ll investigate that also tomorrow.\u00a0 The good thing is that we are trained now&#8230;at least I am.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>Yoga tonight felt good.\u00a0 Great to practice with such good friends.\u00a0 You are missed there also.\u00a0 So today marks 3 weeks since you left.\u00a0 I imagine you are really in your groove now&#8230;and passed the honeymoon stage.\u00a0 I send my love and energy your way.\u00a0 I imagine you could use a boost right about now.\u00a0 Much love&#8230;d\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>\n<\/div><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi John&#8230;.
