I had a two-part day. I woke up feeling grouchy\u2026 Several things at work weren’t going quite as smoothly as they should. I was behind on several others\u2026 I worked so long that Diane and I missed the chance to take a hike\u2026 We took a run instead. On the run I realized that I was letting my concerns for the world situation creep in and affect my day-to-day Concerns\u2026 As in “it’s easier to worry about small things that it is to worry about big things”<\/p>\n

Armed with that realization I launched into the afternoon in a much better mood\u2026 At 9 o’clock tonight Diane let a yoga class for all of our family. Max and Becky in Santa Fe gave in his household and us. It was really cool and fun<\/p>\n

Pretty funny\u2026 I realize I saw this cartoon in our town paper this morning\ufffc<\/p>\n
