I’ve been noticing that many people , myself Included are showing signs of stream because of the covid in crisis.\u2026 Not just in\ufffc The stress of the crisis itself\u2026 But it\ufffc Comes out in other ways\u2026 Exhaustion, grouchyness , argumentativeness\ufffc. Etc. I’ve been experiencing it a lot in my work communications\u2026 And about half the time I’m the culprit.\ufffc<\/p>\n

I think the stress comes out in those small ways because it’s too hard for our hearts to take in the magnitude of what is actually happening to the world right now.\u2026 It’s kind of a transference.<\/p>\n

That was on my head this morning when I went out for a run. While running I came across two “hearts”. Which re-charge me a little\u2026\ufffc<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

That moment of mindfulness actually lasted me the rest of the day. Whenever I found myself feeling grouchy\u2026 I recognized it for what it was\u2026 And it went away.<\/p>\n

That was my lesson for today\ufffc<\/p>\n
