Woke this<\/p>\n

Morning to wonderful smells. Diane backed an amazing lemon and anise Easter bread<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

That prepared me for the second fragment event of the day. While cleaning the ‘old lab’ yesterday I came across a 2 gallon jug of sake that gave and I made in July of 2018<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

I was going to pour it out and was a little nervous about taking off the airlock. I worried what it smelled like . Imagine my surprise when I pried off the cork and took a big whiff . And guess what?!<\/p>\n

It smelled like sake !<\/p>\n

I siphoned it out to get road of the yeast and rice sediment, g<\/p>\n

Cleaned out the carboy.. and siphoned the Jouve back in. I took a large gulp of it both times I siphoned .. and it was delicious.. I put it away a bit to age a little more<\/p>\n

In keeping the organic theme for the day We Apenr the afternoon moving mulch around . It’s still a<\/p>\n

Month before we can really plant as it still freezes at night and our soul is still frozen about a foot down.. but it’s a great time to be getting ready \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Ok.. Sunday night . Getting ready to start another busy week. More from there<\/p>\n
