Many friends affected by layoffs at my company\u2026 I understand why they have to happen\ufffc. \u2026 But that doesn&#8217;t make it any easier<\/p>\n<p>As I was having conversations with friends that have been impacted I heard a crazy said noises outside. It was a huge parade\u2026 A graduation parade for Richmond Elementary School. I was like the whole town has decorated their cars and we&#8217;re driving by the house. Just as I was heading to bed Diane showed me this wonderful commencement speech that former President Obama did for all high school students.\u2026 Man what a guy.
