By the middle of this week I realize that 80% of my job was turning into organizing, project managing, meeting running, etc. etc. etc. all the things I really don’t enjoy it and I’m not particularly good at. I committed the last two days of the week to actually making things. I wrote a bunch of code\u2026 (Not very good code)\u2026 And made a lot of stuff. In fact I spent the entire day soldering and wiring even as I did all of my work meetings. If anything I was a little bit more attentive than I usually am because I didn’t have a screen in front of me.
\nA little experiment confirmed that I am much more productive when I’m actually trying to make things than trying to organize things.\u2026 We all have our strengths \ud83d\ude42
