It was a tough day\u2026 Lots of small frustrations and disappointments. I’m Feeling that everyone’s stress is coming out as small amounts of friction. I’m trying to use lessons from improv to lower friction whether it’s coming from me or at me\u2026 I did a fair job of doing that today\u2026 Still lots of room for improvement. That’s why it was so nice when Diane and Caio talked me into a late hike up Bolton. There had been a huge rain storm and the temperature has dropped almost 20 Degrees. We walked up in the beautiful air\u2026 And got a great look at the sunset over the mountains. It is great for all of our souls\ufffc<\/p>\n
