We had a fun surprise this morning\u2026 A couple of days ago Maks sent us a cool small 3-D printed model\ufffc Of our house. Also in the box was a bag that was labeled reward\u2026 Inside it was a beautiful 3-D printed version of an angler fish\ufffc.\u2026 Max wrote a note that said we would know ‘who to give it to when the time came’. We had no idea what that meant so for the last couple of days we’ve had a really cool iridescent angler fish on our kitchen counter.<\/p>\n

This morning ‘Diane walked out and found this young woman putting a note on our back door. She was getting ready to take a picture of it. It look like this\ufffc\ufffc<\/p>\n

We started talking to her and realized that she was up from Brooklyn\u2026 Visiting her parents that lived over on Nashville Road. Has she talk shit told us that she had met Maks in Brooklyn\u2026 That’s when I realized that Max was on the poster<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/em><\/p>\n

We had fun talking and she was about to leave when all of a sudden Diane shouted “reward”!\ufffc\ufffc<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/em><\/p>\n

I was confused for a second and then I remembered the angler fish. We went inside quickly and wrapped it up and gave it to her\u2026\ufffc<\/em><\/p>\n

It turns out that Danielle and Max had met at a Halloween party where Max was a minor with a lamp and Danielle was\ufffc An angler fish with a light\u2026 From there they became friends\u2026 Max learned that Danielle was coming up to Vermont to see her folks and she asked if there was anything she could do for him. Last night Max sent that poster and said go take it to my parents <\/em><\/p>\n

She had no idea what was going on and neither did we. So it was really fun putting it all together.<\/em><\/p>\n

Max\u2026 You are such a crazy creative person. Thanks for brightening all of our days .we love you\ufffc !<\/em><\/p>\n
