As with every year that I can remember I fasted all day\u2026 Which is surprisingly hard.\u2026 Food I can go without but coffee stuff. I took a few hours in the morning to take a walk with Diane up in the woods which was a good way to get into a contemplative mood. I did do some serious thinking about the purpose of Yom Kippur\u2026 That is atonement. I don&#8217;t like the guilt aspect but I do like the reset of intentions .  I made a few adjustments\u2026 And we&#8217;ll see how the year goes\u2026<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>As is customary around now. This is also a good time to ask forgiveness of anyone with wrong in the past year\u2026 So if you&#8217;re out there\u2026 And I Dona wrong. I&#8217;m very sorry about that.
