Diane and I spent a bunch of the weekend taking a virtual meditation workshop from Todd Norine. and ally kempton. I\u2019ve known of both of them for years . In fact I have meditation lessons from both on m phone for at least 5 years . This weekends workshop was on love .. a topic I like very much. Sally on Parri owns very good .. she has a a very rational approach to a very Irational topic .. this wasn\u2019t just about love between people .. t was about love between people and things or even between things and things . Some really cool insights .. like live is everywhere all the time .. you just can be too confused to see it .
we both really enjoyed it <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afterwards diane Kyle and I took a quick hike up honey hollow . It was 60 degrees .. but the snow was still everywhere . Defiantly feels like spring !<\/p>\n\n\n\n
