We got another true sign of spring. The first crocus&#8217;s (croci ? ) <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/johncohn.org\/base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/IMG_1288.jpeg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On the way home we decided to stop by and see Francesca and Veronique to say hello to their newborn baby duck. The duck was hatched last Friday and is the offspring of flippy and flappy\u2026 The two domesticated ducks that lived in the Huntington River until our friends Tim and Marie took them in for the winter.\u2026 They had one fertilized egg before flappy\u2026 The male (I think)  ran off .. Luckily he&#8217;s come back and they have now six more eggs.<\/p>\n<p>Francesca has named the new baby duck &#8220;Donald&#8221;\u2026 After the duck\u2026 Not the ex-president I suspect.
