It has been crazy cold here the last few days\u2026 This morning we woke up\ufffc To find our friendly crow fountain clogged with ice\u2026 It was kind of cool to see\u2026 So I’m not sure how much I like seeing ice at the end of April\ufffc<\/p>\n

\u2026 And I guess Hal really did freeze over today\u2026 The announcement came at 1o’clock at burning man just canceled for the second year running because of the pandemic.<\/p>\n

It was a strange way to announce the event\u2026 They talked about how excited they were to plan for 2022\u2026 Took me a couple of seconds to realize what they had just said\u2026\ufffc<\/p>\n

Honestly I think it was the right idea\u2026 They were discussing requiring vaccination proof\u2026 They were going to ban travelers from certain countries\u2026 At some point it’s just not the same event.<\/p>\n
