Woke up early because I was on a thesis defense this morning. The meeting went pretty well. The good news is the student passed His defense well!\ufffc<\/p>\n

And then met up with the rest of the family around 11\ufffc<\/p>\n

Dennard made a scrumptious breakfast\u2026 Massage kale for us and something with bacon for the boys\ufffc<\/p>\n

Max headed off to visit friends so keep dying and I had it down into the Columbia River Gorge on the Washington side to climb Mount Hamilton\ufffc<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

We got back to town and dropped by Gab\u00c9’s lab for him to do a quick cell culture procedure\u2026 When we went back to the house and met up with sam\ufffc<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

We grabbed Sean and Fabian and we all walked over to Cubo\u2026 A great Cuban place down in Hawthorne\ufffc<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Then Gabe, Sam, ‘Diane and I did a long walk to view the “yarn bombs” that Nana amy does on Alder Street\u2026 She needs fabric around these trees as a show of some thing\u2026 Not quite sure what but it’s very cool\ufffc<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Put a cool, beautiful, and very interesting city this is\u2026 OK time for bed.<\/p>\n
