Greetings from the residence Inn in Colchester Vermont. I’m here for an all night sleep study. I’ve been curious about this for many years and our PA jack suggested I go ahead and do it. They have a long waiting months for these but I was lucky to be able to slide in. It’s really cool because I’m hanging out with a group of people who are interested in sleep and dream states\u2026 So this is coming just when I’ve been thinking about sleep\ufffc<\/p>\n

The people here at the sleep center are amazing\u2026 The guy who wire me up his name Shand He’s really great\u2026 Very knowledgeable about sleep as he put on about 30 wires\u2026 No exaggeration I just tried to count them. I have electrolytes all over my head my chest my legs breathing things around my chest and abdomen and cannula up my nose. (Which is really the only weird thing)\u2026 It’s gonna be so interesting to see what we find\u2026 Sleep hasn’t been very easy for me this last year\u2026 I know I’m not alone in that. It’ll be interesting to see if there’s anything I can address.<\/p>\n

It’ll be interesting to see if I can sleep with all the stuff hanging off of me\u2026 Somehow I think I’ll be able to\ufffc\ufffc\ufffc<\/p>\n

Ps ..I just wanna put a shout out to shan-the man\ufffc. The absolutely awesome Polysunambulist Who took care of me last night\u2026 It was such a cool experience I didn’t think I got any sleep but at 2o’clock he came in and switch me to a CPAP machine\u2026 I said I’ll never be able to sleep with th…… next Thing I knew it was morning and I have had the most wonderful four hours of sleep I can remember in my life<\/p>\n

Anyway it was so great getting to know Shan. He was so knowledgeable and so helpful\u2026 Hoping to run into him somewhere else in life<\/p>\n
