<\/p>\n John called his mother, my great aunt, ellen.. so we all could talk.. here’s ellen looking pretty good by phone .. later in the afternoon we headed to the Round Church for Chris and Amanda’s wedding..\u00a0\u00a0 We were married there 27 years ago yesterday.. so\u00a0 being in there was especially nice.<\/p>\n Chris ahas been our neighbor since before he was born. our kids grew up with him.. he was prettyclose to family over here.. \u00a0\u00a0 He and amanda have been togheter for almost 12 years.. they make a really nice pair.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n the wedding was short and sweet.. .. the new\u00a0 bride and groom\u00a0 walked out of the church to a live version of ‘B-b-b-Bad to the bone”.. pretty cool !<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Anabdas dad has a really well known set of body shopsin the area.. and he has a cool collection of cars.. like this one ! \u00a0 <\/p>\n It was fun being there all together.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n after folks filed out, we took advantage to grab a few quick pix of us back in the round church.. <\/p>\n Then we all headed over to the Sheratan for the reception.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n amanda and chris arrived about an hour later.. <\/p>\n first they danced.. <\/p>\n while max made butterman <\/p>\n Chris’s big brother jeffery gave chris and amanda a hand airbrushed paintin tf the two of them.. it was amazing !! <\/p>\n here’s chris’s family. <\/p>\n chris dancing with Rose, his mom.. <\/p>\n Amanda and her dad danced a really cute routine that kept changing musical styles.. it was a hoot !<\/p>\n <\/p>\n then came the bouquet toss <\/p>\n then looking for the garter.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n then the garter toss… an itersting set of traditions.. ! <\/p>\n they had a photobooth there that was really cool !<\/p>\n <\/p>\n and we crammed in9 people to the both.. tie for the record ! <\/p>\n The wedding was good fun.. It was great seeing Chris and Amanda so happy and also very\u00a0 good catching up with Chris’s family..<\/p>\n After the reception, we went home and changed into comfy clothes and most of us heaed to chris\u00a0 c’s for an evening of fire swords, fire boy and fire breathing.. all very cool !..<\/p>\n <\/p>\n now i’m too tired to type more.. gotta sleep<\/p>\n <\/p>\n more tomorrow !<\/p>\n <\/p>\n nite all. nite sam<\/p>\n -me<\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" We had a day full of family and friends.
